Meet Our Team
After completing his degree from the University of Washington, Jason decided to continue the family tradition in real estate. He is the Designated Broker and chief executive officer for SJC Management Group and specializes in Property Management and real estate sales, particularly for investment properties. Jason has been a real estate agent for over 20 years and has worked at SJC Management Group that entire time. He is dedicated to his family and community, and grew up in the local area. Jason is dedicated to treating all his customers and clients as friends and neighbors.
Dan is a full time property manager, with over 16 years of Real Estate experience. His background in property sales has served him well assisting property owners in locating quality investment properties.

Patrick is one of our property managers and a licensed real estate broker. Patrick loves real estate, and property management specifically, as it gives him the opportunity to help people and better the community, He has grown up in. Patrick is a great addition to our team.
Joe Sexton brings years of experience in residential and commercial property management. Joe provides excellent customer service and a commitment to meet the needs of clients by listening and following through. He provides quality service, focusing on building relationships with clients and more importantly, maintaining those relationships by communicating effectively.
Our full time, in-house bookkeeper is Yuri Brito. She is a great addition to our team and loves helping our clients and customers.
Makenzie is our full time front desk person who helps coordinate office activities, answer phones and assists our agents. She helps make sure the move-in process for new tenants goes smoothly and helps to assist our residents with any questions or needs they have.
Alex is our maintenance coordinator who helps make sure needed maintenance issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner. Alex coordinates with maintenance vendors, tenants and property owners making sure everyone's maintenance runs smoothly.
Ian is our remote assistant. Ian helps by answering prospective tenants questions about available rental properties and by performing administrative tasks. He always enjoys helping others.
Kat is our office administrative assistant who helps track utilities on our management properties, inputting invoices and taking on projects needed to help keep the office running at top efficiency. Kat has over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry and loves to keep things organized.
After working at the front desk Becca has moved up to help our property manager keep things running smoothly. Her skills and work ethic are a true asset to our team.
Daniel is one of our maintenance coordinators. He helps coordinate any needed work on properties to ensure maintenance is handled in an effective manner.
New Client Onboarding Specialist. She is responsible for building & maintaining relationships with clients. Helping create marketing content to reach new homeowners and build new relationships. She is passionate about connecting with people, helping others succeed and is always learning!
Allen is one of our field representatives who does walk throughs, checks vacancies and helps with rental showings.
Gary is one of our two field representatives who does walk throughs, checks vacancies and helps with rental showings.
Brianna is one of our assistants who helps answer phone calls and helps provide information to customers and clients as well as prospective customers and clients. Brianna also helps keep the phones answered over the weekend so that we are available 7 days a week. She is a committed team member and loves helping others.
