What we mean by “Investment Management.”

Investment management is the term we use here at SJC Management Group to describe the way we do our property management services.  What that means is we look at the property in terms of what is the value it can bring in, in rents, and what is the value is of the property if sold.  It’s a holistic, realistic look at your property to help you understand it’s true value.  An effective manager doesn’t just collect your rents, deal with tenant issues, re-rent your properties.  They do those, and they do them well.  But they also look at your property and help you make long term plans with it so that it can meet your needs, and your expectations, as a real estate investor.  So if you need help with your property management, or if you have a property that you would like to know what it is worth and what rents you could get out of it, please give us a call.  I’m Jason Clifford with SJC Management Group; your partner in property management!
