SJC Management Group manages rental properties throughout Pierce and South King County, plus our Yakima branch office — and every one of those properties needs reliable people behind it: plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, general contractors, cleaners, and more. We're always looking to build relationships with licensed, insured trade professionals who show up, do quality work, and communicate clearly with our team, our owners, and our residents.

Why vendors work with us

Steady, local work. With hundreds of properties under management throughout Puyallup, Tacoma, Sumner, Auburn, Federal Way, and the surrounding area, partnering with SJC means a consistent pipeline of jobs, not one-off calls.

Fast approval on routine repairs. Non-emergency repairs under $750 don't need owner sign-off before you get the go-ahead, so smaller jobs move faster.

Direct, transparent billing. We don't add a markup or coordination fee on top of your invoice. You bill your rate; the owner pays your rate.

A real point of contact. Maintenance requests are coordinated by our in-house maintenance team, not a call center, so you're working with people who know the property and the account history.

Emergency work, too. We run a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for residents, and we rely on vendors who can be reached for urgent issues like water leaks, heating failures, and lockouts.
